Since 2006, the Ferme de Sainte Marthe has been based in Anjou, in Brain-sur l’Authion, in the heart of the valley of seed producers and the plant basin, it is managed by Dominique Velé and Arnaud Darsonval. Plant production strongly characterizes the agricultural economy and contributes to the notoriety of Anjou. Maintenance, production, multiplication, sorting, germination, conservation, bagging and distribution are the main activities of the Farm which allow control and action at all levels. Today, more than 1000 varieties of organic seeds are present in the catalog, nearly two thirds of which are produced by the Farm, for ever more diversity.
