Comprising a structure primarily built with steel construction, Pelican Mall serves visitors with an average of 100 stores across four floors. The 4,000 m² Carrefour hypermarket, the 9-screen SinemaPink cinema, the Darty technology store, Lazer Paintball, an ice rink, a bowling alley, and children’s play areas create an undeniable draw.

Designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture—a firm known for its signature style in many elegant buildings and recipient of numerous awards—Pelican Mall features a spacious atrium and skylights that allow natural sunlight to flood the space throughout the day, creating a bright and airy environment for visitors. This airy atmosphere is further enhanced by the interior design, which incorporates a pool and greenery. The unique “e-box” structure on the building’s exterior adds a distinctive touch to the design.
